Brought up by a mother who was very much the village wise woman (and called herself an ‘old witch’!), and a father who was a natural bodybuilding coach and mentor for many (and, it turned out, a closet Buddhist!) – she inherited both her mother’s intuition and her father’s love for lifting weights and fascination for healthy food and natural supplements.

When she burned out multiple times from corporate life, she finally started her own business in 2011 and started looking deeper into manifestation and the Law of Attraction, which changed her life and remains a fascination of hers to this day.

But it wasn’t until the pandemic hit in 2020 that she fully tuned back into her intuition, really leaning into the messages from the Universe. An Angel Oracle card reading set her on an amazing journey back to herself and living her authentic life.
